Job Accountabilities:
Build high disease knowledge, patient journey, market and product expertise of self and the team
Develop district operational plan to ensure achievement of objectives aligned with AZ’s over all business strategy
Drive consistent strategic execution of brand plans
Drive, monitor and analyze district and territory performance against both internal and external parameters
Develop further Key Account Management skills of the team to tap opportunities that can expand and drive business
Build strong franchise among doctors in the territory
Effectively coach medical representatives to develop capabilities and competencies aligned with current IDP necessary to deliver territory objectives
Manage both material and human resources of the district
Effectively drive engagements of top KEEs by FF and CFT and track adoption regularly
Lead regional and national commercial activities
Champion a company initiative and represents the sales force in brand planning
For Internal Applicants
At least 1 year experience as SMS or 2 years’ experience as MS
2 years consistent performance for 2023 & 2024 (at least 90% FY or higher than BU/TA national in terms of sales performance or growth)
Current YTD Performance is at least 90% or positive growth higher than national BU/TA
Rating of at least 3 in the DBM/MR Capability Assessment
Not under the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) at the time of application
No COC violation of suspension in the last 12 months
